CafeChocolate is a hybrid cafe and ordering platform. While the main site is powered by WordPress, a separate Next.js-based web app allows restaurant customers to scan a QR code at their table, create orders, and have them automatically printed in the appropriate kitchen or bar printer via the Ready2Order POS system.

P3 Portal
P3 Portal is a modernized reporting and analytics platform rebuilt from the ground up. Designed to streamline complex client data reporting workflows, it combines a powerful React-based front-end with secure APIs and dynamic charting, enhancing both performance and user experience. I also developed and deployed the companion mobile app using Flutter, which is available on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

The system uses AI to automatically parse uploaded inspection spreadsheets, transforming raw data into interactive dashboards with real-time charts and insights. Built with a role-based architecture, it connects Admins, Asset Owners, and Inspectors in a seamless workflow—from uploading spreadsheets to generating comprehensive PDF reports with value estimations and performance analytics.
